A true total mind-body workout!
I created Hypnocise to combine my signature HIIT exercise format class with hypnotic affirmations that help to train our brain while strengthening our bodies.
Moving your body is truly a therapeutic experience! Every single time we move we breathe, we connect with our body, we realize our potential, we gain confidence, we develop a sense of ease, create strength, flexibility and we literally come alive! I use movement to feel strong, healthy, resilient, alive, energetic and confident. Overtime I have built a trust in myself that I will always take care of my body…..it is who I am.
Which is why I integrate hypnotic affirmations into my workout. One of the reasons we struggle to commit to something like regular exercise and movement is because we don’t believe it is part of our identity. The mind learns by repetition and when we are in a heightened state of movement, consciously telling ourselves good things, we embed it in our mind and our body! It starts to become who we are.

The class is meant for anyone who is ready to feel stronger and more alive. Who is looking for a community of like-minded individuals who are ready to commit to positive change.
The workouts are inclusive and modifications are always provided. However, there is a lot of up and down so this class may not be for you if your mobility is limited. I’m always happy to discuss further with you, just get in touch.

Throughout the workout I incorporate positive affirmations that complement the movements we are doing and help to create habitual love for ourselves. The mind learns through repetition and when we repeat the affirmations as we move, it embeds deeper into our mind and body.

The Hypnocise Membership is $97 + GST per month. There is no minimum monthly commitment but your membership will auto-renew. You can cancel at any time either through your account or by contacting me.

FAQs
Is this good for someone with injuries?
I always tell people to be a judge of their own bodies as unfortunately I don’t know what you can and cannot handle. I do modify exercises and encourage breaks whenever needed but please check with your medical provider if you are unsure of what you are able to do.
What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
Not a problem at all as you have the workout library there to continue on your path. I do recommend showing up live whenever possible as it keeps you accountable, you get to be in the energy of everyone else who is showing up and it helps you create a beautiful new habit!
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum. Your credit card will be in the system for automatic monthly renewals but you can let me know if you want to stop your membership. There are no refunds on the payments that have been processed but once cancelled no further payments will go through.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results will always vary as we are all going to do this class in our own way. What I will say is that if you stick with it (commit to showing up) you will see an increase in strength, energy, positivity, confidence, self esteem, mobility, flexibility and most of all an overall feeling of well being.
How does the hypnosis part work?
The hypnosis is an accumulation of affirmations used during the exercise itself! You are not in actual hypnosis per se but are hearing words over and over again training your mind for beautiful outcomes
How do I use the workout library?
Please use the library by scanning what workouts look doable to you. I suggest staggering your workout types so that it is easier on your body and you don’t get overuse injuries. Be sure to incorporate a warm-up, cool-down and stretching. And use the affirmation tracks to accelerate your mindset!
