Movement Challenge

Are you ready for this week's challenge?  

We are going to be MOVING this week! The challenge for this week is to do 10 MINUTES of EXERCISE a day!  

Just 10 minutes - that's all!

I know what you may be thinking, what kind of movement can I do for 10 minutes?

To help you moved your beautiful bodies, I've included 2 different workout videos just for you!

Now remember to listen to your body!

If you are just starting your fitness journey you may need to take some breaks. You should always be able to talk and definitely don't want to be dizzy or nauseous. 

A few other tips: find a space that isn't cluttered and have proper footwear on to prevent injury. AND of course - keep some water close by!
